Ingredients:
- 1.2 kg of pork ribs, with the skin on
- 1 lemon juice
- 4 minced garlic cloves
- 1/3 cup (tea) of cachaça
- Salt and chopped parsley to taste
Corn cream:
- 2 cans of green corn with water
- 1 cup (tea) of milk
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 1 chopped onion
- Salt, pepper and chopped parsley to taste
Method of preparation:
For the cream of corn, whisk half the corn, milk, and cornstarch in a blender for 2 minutes. Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat and saute the onion until golden brown. Add the beaten corn, corn kernels, salt, pepper, parsley and cook until thick, stirring. Turn off and book.
Season the ribs with juice, garlic, cachaça, salt and leave to soak for 2 hours. Transfer to a pan, cover with aluminum foil and take to a preheated medium oven for 1 hour.

Method of preparation:

Ingredients:
- 1 kg of diced ribs
- Salt, pepper and chopped parsley to taste
- 4 tablespoons of oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 4 crushed cloves of garlic
- 2 chopped seedless cherry tomatoes
- 1 cube of beef broth
- 2 liters of boiling water
- 500 g diced cassava
Method of preparation:
Season the meat with salt and pepper. In a pressure cooker, heat the oil over high heat and brown the meat. Add the onion, garlic, tomato and sauté for 5 minutes. Add the meat broth and cover with boiling water. Cover the pan and cook over low heat for 25 minutes after the pressure starts. Turn it off and let the pressure naturally recede. Open the pan and add the cassava. Return to medium heat and cook with the pan uncovered for 10 minutes or until the cassava softens. Season with salt, sprinkle with parsley and serve.

- 1 egg

- 1 cup of fried bacon
Filling:
- 1 can of drained corn
- 1/2 cup (tea) of milk
- 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 3 cups of cooked and shredded chicken
- 1 jar of cream cheese (200 g)
- Salt and chopped parsley to taste
Method of preparation:
For the filling, beat the corn, milk and cornstarch in a blender for 1 minute. Reserve. Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the onion and chicken for 2 minutes. Add the beaten corn, curd, salt, green smell and cook until it thickens slightly. Turn off and let cool.
For the dough, put the flour, egg, milk, butter, salt in a bowl and knead until you get a soft and homogeneous dough. If necessary, add more milk. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and line the bottom and sides of a 24 cm diameter greased pan with the dough. Put the filling on top. Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the mold, decorate with the bacon and serve.
