Simple chocolate cake

Method of preparation

Put the eggs in the blender and beat for 5 minutes. Add the other ingredients, except the chemical yeast, and beat until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Finally add the chemical yeast and beat again to mix well. Reserve. Grease a pan with butter and flour it with wheat flour, mass and bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature for 45 minutes. Then turn off the oven, wait for the cake to cool, unmold and set aside.

Put the butter, condensed milk and chocolate in a pan and bring to low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens. Turn off the heat, add the cream and mix well. Pour the topping over the dough and serve immediately.

White chocolate cake with lemon
ingredients

- 150 g of white chocolate
- 3 egg yolks
- 3 egg whites
- 1 cup of wheat flour
- 1 cup of tea sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon of chemical yeast
- Lemon zest to taste
- butter for greasing
- Wheat flour for flour

- 100 g of melted white chocolate
- 200 g of sour cream
- Lemon zest to taste
Method of preparation

In a mixer, beat the egg whites and set aside. Put the cream in a pan and heat it over medium heat. Add the white chocolate, mix until incorporated and transfer to a bowl. Add the egg yolks, wheat flour, sugar and lemon and mix well. Add the chemical yeast and mix again. Add the egg whites and mix gently. Reserve. Grease a pan with butter and flour it with wheat flour, arrange the dough and bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature for 40 minutes. After, turn off the oven, wait for the cake to cool, unmold and reserve.

In a container put the milk cream and white chocolate and mix well. Pour the topping over the dough, garnish with the lemon zest and serve immediately.

Method of preparation

In a bowl, put the egg yolks, water and sugar and beat until a frothy mixture is obtained. Add the rest of the ingredients, except the egg whites and the chemical yeast, and mix well until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Add the egg whites and baking powder and mix well. Reserve. Grease a round pan with butter and flour it with wheat flour, arrange the dough and bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature for 40 minutes. Then turn off the oven, wait for the cake to cool, unmold and set aside.
