Homemade Biscuits Ingredients:
- 2 cups of flour (wheat)
- 2/3 cup (tea) of sugar
- 2/3 cup margarine (tea)
- 3 tablespoons of chocolate powder
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 and 1/3 cup semisweet chocolate (chopped)
- Wheat flour for flour
Filling:
- 2/3 cup margarine (tea)
- 2 cups of powdered sugar (pastries)
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence
Method of preparation:
Start by mixing the ingredients in a bowl, except for the semisweet chocolate, until the mixture is smooth. Then heat the dark chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds, without letting it melt completely. Add the chocolate to the dough and mix until a homogeneous mass is formed. If necessary, add more flour.
With a rolling pin roll out the dough on a smooth and floured surface until it is thin. Cut with a round pastry cutter and spread the biscuits on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven (180 ° C) for 15 minutes or until golden and lightly browned. Let it cool down.
In the blender, beat the margarine and sugar until a fluffy white cream is formed. Add the essence and beat some more. Fill the biscuits and serve.
