Ingredients:
- 1/2 roll of shortcrust pastry (250 g)
- Oil for greasing and brushing
- Powdered sugar for sprinkling
Filling:
- 2 cups of creamy dulce de leche
Method of preparation:
Roll out the shortcrust pastry on a flat surface and cut it into circles of 5 cm in diameter. Brush with oil and arrange them next to each other in a large greased shape. Bake in a preheated oven for 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from the oven and leave to cool. Spread the dulce de leche on half of the dough disks and overlap the remaining dough disks, forming the well-matched ones. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
