Grated Beef Noodle Soup Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 500 g of diced muscle
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 minced clove of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 2 chopped celery stalks
  • 1.5 liters of water
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 diced carrots
  • 1 Italian courgette, diced
  • 2 cubes of cassava
  • 1/2 packet of shelled noodles (250 g)
  • Chopped parsley to taste

Method of preparation:

In a pressure cooker, over medium heat, heat the oil and fry the meat until golden brown. Add the onion, garlic, take out and saute for 2 minutes or until wilted. Then, pour in the celery, water, season with salt, pepper and cover the pan.

Cook for 20 minutes after the pressure starts. Finally, turn off the heat and let the pressure naturally recede. Open, remove the meat with a slotted spoon and chop it with a fork.

Then, return the pan to medium heat, add the zucchini, cassava, macaroni, shredded meat and cook for 10 minutes or until tender. Turn off the heat, add the parsley and mix. Then serve.
