Juliane Alves has turned the doubts she has had throughout her life into information, tips and advice for her readers and listeners
Raised in a conservative home with no space for intimate conversation, she childhood it was full of rules and his own adolescence, full of doubts. To get all the information she has always wanted to know about the world, especially the female one, Juliane Alves opted for the Faculty of Journalism. “I realized that I had a need, but that it could also be the need of other women. So I created a portal where women could have their questions answered by an expert,” she says.
Today, the space also has a “Speak Here” button to simply listen and advise women in difficult times. “Today it is very difficult for us to have someone trustworthy and with time you listen to us. The button avoids bad experiences,” she explains.

The only daughter of a conservative family, she became more reserved and quiet. Not wanting to depend on anyone else anymore, Juliane decided to use the time to study technology and learn how to develop her website and podcast in 2020.
“And since I had to start from scratch, I changed the name to Lab Delabecause it brings the idea of a news lab for women, a space where women can develop ideas and I can also write about them and create other ideas, “she explains.
According to Juliane, space is inspired by the woman herself, who is multiple. This is why it is divided into themes of rights, health, motherhood, gastronomy and even outlets. “Talking to other women, I came to the conclusion that it is very difficult for us to trust the outlet. So I thought about creating a button that could meet these women, anonymously or not, as if they were a listening friend,” she says. .
Mental health
