Method of preparation:

Strawberry jelly ingredients:

  • 700 g of chopped strawberries
  • 1 1/2 cups (tea) sugar
  • 1/2 cup orange juice (tea)
  • 2 tablespoons grated orange zest (optional)

Method of preparation:

In a pan mix all the ingredients. Bring to a low boil and cook for 25 minutes, after boiling or until reduced and slightly thickened. Let it cool, put it in a compote and put it in the fridge for 1 hour. Serve with bread and biscuits.
