  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cube of chicken stock
  • salt to taste
  • 3 cups wheat flour (tea)
  • 1 tablespoon of chemical yeast
  • Margarine and wheat flour for greasing

Filling

  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 1/2 can drained corn
  • 3 cups cooked and shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley (minced)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method of preparation:

For the filling, in a skillet, heat the oil over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic for 3 minutes. Add the tomatoes, extract, peas and corn and sauté for another 3 minutes. Add the chicken, the green smelt, salt and pepper and saute for another 5 minutes. Switch off, mix with the ricotta and leave to cool.

Beat the milk, oil, eggs and salt in the blender. Transfer to a bowl, add the flour and baking powder, mixing with a spoon.   • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups of milk (tea)
  • 1 cup of oil (tea)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan (grated)
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 14 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • Margarine and wheat flour for greasing

Filling

  • 2 cans of whole tuna (340g)
  • 1 chopped skinless tomato
  • 1 cup of chopped green olives
  • salt to taste
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 can of drained peas

Method of preparation:

Beat the eggs, milk, oil, cheese, salt, flour and baking powder in a blender until smooth. Put half of the dough into a buttered and floured 35cm x 25cm rectangular mould. In a bowl mix the tuna, tomatoes, olives, onions, peas and season with salt. Spread over the dough, cover with the remaining dough, and take to a medium, preheated oven, for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into pieces and serve.

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of milk
  • 1/2 cup cream (milk)
  • 1/2 cup (tea) of oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 cups wheat flour (tea)
  • 1 cup (tea) of corn starch
  • 1 tablespoon of chemical yeast
  • Margarine and wheat flour for greasing
  • 100 g grated parmesan

Filling

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped yellow pepper
  • 3 cups leftover, chopped cooked ham
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1/2 cup chopped green olives
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley (minced)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method of preparation:

For the filling, heat a frying pan with olive oil over medium heat and saute the onion and bell pepper for 2 minutes. Add the shank, carrot, tomato, olive, parsley, salt, pepper and sauté for 5 minutes. Turn off and reserve. Beat the eggs, milk, cream, oil and salt in a blender until smooth.

Transfer to a bowl, add the flour, starch, baking powder and mix with a spoon. Pour half of the batter into a greased and floured 25cm x 35cm mould. Spread the already cold filling over the pastry and cover with the remaining pastry. With the help of a fork, make back and forth movements on the dough so that the filling is slightly blended.
