What are ultra-processed?
ultra-processed foods they are the ones that have undergone greater industrial processing🇧🇷 Most have added sugars, sweeteners, colorants, emulsifiers, preservatives, flavors, among others.
The biggest “advantage” of ultra-processed products is that they are practical for intense daily activity. Such as snacks, crackers, instant noodles, among others. Although, the damage to health weighs much more than the practicality, as they have few nutrients and favor excessive consumption of calories.
