ingredients of cold coffee:
- 1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin
- 1 cup brewed coffee (cold)
- 1 can of cold, unsweetened sour cream
- 7 tablespoons of sugar
- Chantilly to taste to serve
Method of preparation:
To make your own creamy iced coffee, stir the unflavored gelatin into the iced coffee and stir until dissolved. Then put the jar of cream, the sugar and the coffee and gelatin mixture in the blender. Beat everything for about 1 minute or until all the ingredients are well blended. Pour into bowls or glasses of your choice and refrigerate for 1 hour to be very cold and creamy. Take out of the oven, top with whipped cream – the amount depends on the taste of the drinker – and dust with cocoa or coffee powder to make it look beautiful. Ready, now serve and enjoy your iced coffee!
