Method of preparation

Put the butter in a pan and melt it over medium heat. Add the wheat flour a little at a time and mix until a homogeneous and thick paste is formed. Then add the beef stock slowly. Cook over low heat and add the onion, parsley, minced meat, salt, black pepper and nutmeg and mix. Pour the mixture into a container, cover with insulating film and refrigerate until it hardens. With the already cold dough, make balls. Then pass them in the soft wheat flour, in the beaten egg and finally in the breadcrumbs. Place the dumplings on a baking sheet and refrigerate until firm. Place the oil in a skillet and bring to medium heat. Fry the dumplings until golden brown. Then serve with the sauce of your choice.

Peel the potatoes, put them in a pan, cover them with water and a pinch of salt and put them over medium heat. Cook until soft. Then drain the water and soak them well until they reach the point of puree. In another pot, put the mashed potatoes and add the cabbage mixture and Bacon🇧🇷 Bring to medium heat.   • 125 g of cane sugar
  • 100 g of melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

Method of preparation

In a cup, dissolve the dry yeast in warm water. Then, in a container, mix the wheat flour with the butter, sugar and egg. Finally add the dissolved yeast, mix and let the dough rest for 30 minutes. Then make balls with the dough. Heat up the waffle iron. Put the dough, close the lid and cook until golden brown.

Syrup

Put the brown sugar in a pan and let it melt over low heat. Then add the melted butter, ground cinnamon and molasses and mix well until you get a thicker syrup. Serve the stroopwafel with the syrup.
