  • 1 pack of pineapple jelly
  • 1 cup hot water (tea)
  • 2 cups pineapple (chopped)
  • 1 cup cold water (tea)
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • Caramel ice cream sauce
  • 1 jar of cream
  • Mint leaves to decorate

  • 1 cup cashews (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons of powdered milk
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch cookies (crushed)
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar

Method of preparation:

For the farofa, mix all the ingredients and set aside. Bring pineapple and sugar to low heat, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes. Turn off and reserve. Dissolve the gelatin in hot water. Add the cold water and mix. Pour into blender, add condensed milk and cream and beat for 1 minute.

Transfer to a covered bowl and place in the freezer for 4 hours. Remove the ice cream from the freezer and beat for 5 minutes in the mixer or until doubled in volume. Mix in the reserved pineapple and return to the freezer for another 4 hours or until solid. Remove, serve with the farofa, with the syrup and decorate with mint leaves.

Method of preparation:

Wash the pineapple peel well, chop it and blend it in a mixer with 1/2 liter of water. Strain and blend again with the remaining water, sugar and ice to taste. Serve immediately.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (tea) of water
  • 3 cups sugar (tea)
  • Butter for greasing
  • 1/2 can drained pineapple in syrup
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup of pineapple juice concentrate
  • 1 glass of coconut milk (200 ml)
  • 1/2 cup (tea) of oil
  • 3 cups wheat flour (tea)
  • 2 tablespoons of corn starch
  • 1 cup(s) of dried coconut
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • Whipped cream and drained cherries in syrup for garnish

Method of preparation:

Bring a pan to low heat with the water and 1 cup (tea) sugar until a lightly browned syrup forms. Spread into a large greased English cake tin and leave to cool. Arrange the pineapple slices on the syrup and set aside. In a bowl, mix the eggs, juice, coconut milk, oil, remaining sugar, flour, cornstarch, coconut, and baking powder until smooth. Pour into the mold over the pineapple and place in a preheated medium oven in a double boiler for 40 minutes or until golden and brown. Leave to cool, unmold, decorate with whipped cream, cherries and serve.

Roast sirloin with pineapple and ginger sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 1.4 kg sirloin (piece)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple (diced)
  • 1 tablespoon of grated fresh ginger
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 12 mint leaves
  • 1 sachet of vegetable broth powder
  • 1 cup (tea)
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • Mint leaves to decorate

Method of preparation:

Heat a large, thick skillet with the oil over high heat and brown the tenderloin on all sides. Season with salt and pepper and place on a baking sheet. Blend the pineapple, ginger, garlic, mint and vegetable stock, water until smooth. Pour over the meat, cover with aluminum foil and place in a preheated medium oven for 40 minutes. Let the meat rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Pour the sauce from the roasting pan into a skillet and stir in the cornstarch dissolved in 1 tablespoon of water. Bring to a low boil, stirring until thickened. Serve over the sliced ​​meat on a platter garnished with mint.

  • 1 ripe pineapple
  • 2 packets of vanilla flavored pudding powder
  • 1 cup (tea) of sugar
  • 2 jars of cream

Way of Preparation:

Cut the pineapple into small pieces. Put the pineapple and sugar in a pan, cover with water and boil until a syrup is formed. Add the pudding powder and mix well. Turn off the stove, place it in a refractory and when it is lukewarm, combine the milk cream with the whey and mix well.
