  • 4 beef steaks
  • 3 egg
  • 2 cups of breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano
  • 1/4 of grated parmesan
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1/3 of a cup of olive oil
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 4 slices of ham
  • 1 cup of grated mozzarella
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation

In a bowl, mix the eggs with the oregano, salt and black pepper. In another container put the breadcrumbs, the Parmesan and the garlic. Dip the steaks in the beaten egg and then in the breadcrumbs. Reserve. In a pan put the oil and bring to medium heator to warm up. Fry the steaks until golden brown and crispy. Then put them in a container with absorbent paper to remove excess oil. Arrange the steaks on a baking sheet and cover them with the slices of ham. Add a little tomato sauce and then top with the mozzarella. Sprinkle with oregano and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.

  • 1 filet mignon steak
  • 2 slices of bacon
  • 2 slices of mozzarella
  • 1 small slipper
  • 2 medium flat lettuce leaves
  • 3 slices of boiled egg
  • 3 slices of tomato
  • Mayonnaise, salt, olive oil and ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation

With a hammer, beat the steak to make it thinner. In a container, season the meat with salt and black pepper. In a skillet, heat the oil over medium heat and fry the steak. Cut it in half and set it aside. In another skillet, fry the bacon slices over medium heat until crispy. Cut the bread in half, horizontally. Spread the mayonnaise on one side of the bread, arrange the lettuce, tomato slices, steak, bacon, cheese and egg slices. Close the chivito with the other half of the bread and serve.

Dulce de leche pancakes

ingredients

  • 2 teacups of wheat flour
  • 2 teacups of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of hot melted butter
  • Two egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Butter for greasing
  • Dulce de leche to taste

Method of preparation

In the blender put the wheat flour, milk, butter, eggs and salt. Knock until you get one homogeneous mass🇧🇷 Transfer the dough into a container and close with transparent film. Refrigerate for one hour. Place a non-stick pan on low heat. Grease with a little butter and add a ladle of dough. Fry until bubbles form, turn and fry the other side. Repeat the process with all the dough. Place about two tablespoons of dulce de leche on the pancake topping. Roll up and serve.
