mac and cheese

ingredients

  • 100g of spaghetti type of snail
  • 1/2 cup of fresh milk cream
  • 4 tablespoons of grated Parmesan
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg powder
  • 500ml of water
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation

Put the water in a pan, add salt and bring to high heat. When the water boils, add the pasta and let it cook until al dente🇧🇷 In a container to bake, mix fresh cream, grated Parmesan cheese, nutmeg, salt and ground black pepper. Then drain the water from the pasta and transfer it to the container with the sauce. Mix well and bake at 180°C for 15 minutes. Finally, sprinkle with grated Parmesan and serve immediately.

Pork ribs with barbecue sauce

ingredients

  • 2 kg of pork ribs
  • Waterfall
  • salt to taste

Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup of tea sugar Brown
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar tea
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teacups of ketchup
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup of water tea
  • salt to taste

Method of preparation

Sprinkle all the ribs with salt and boil them for 10 minutes in a pot with plenty of hot water. Then drain the water. Arrange the ribs in a pan, cover with aluminum foil and bake at 180ºC for 40 minutes.

Sauce

Put the oil in a pan and fry the onion. Add the brown sugar, the white vinegar and let the sugar dissolve. Add the sauce English, ketchup, bay leaves, black pepper, water and cook for 30 minutes over low heat or until the sauce thickens. Season with salt, strain and set aside. After 40 minutes, remove the rib from the oven, remove the foil, brush with the sauce and cook the rib for another 10 minutes. Remove from the oven, brush again with the sauce and bake for another 5 minutes. Serve immediately with more sauce on the side.

  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 100 g unsalted butter, melted and cooled
  • 1 1/2 cups of wheat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cups of tea drops chocolate

Method of preparation

In a mixer, beat the butter, icing sugar and brown sugar until you get a creamy consistency. Then add the vanilla, egg and beat until the yolk is incorporated into the dough. Add the wheat flour, baking soda and beat to combine. Add the chocolate chips and mix with a spatula.

Then form balls with the dough and arrange them in a shallow pan, leaving a good space between one and the other. Refrigerate for 10 minutes. Remove the biscuits from the refrigerator and bake at 200°C for 12 minutes. Remove from the oven and let rest in the pan for 30 minutes or until they cool completely. Serve immediately.
