Ingredients for the minced meat roll:

  • 1 kg of minced meat
  • 1 sachet of creamed onion powder (68g)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
  • Salt and chopped chives to taste
  • Olive oil for greasing and dressing

Filling

  • 200 g of sliced ​​ham
  • 200 g of sliced ​​provolone

Method of preparation:

In a bowl, mix the minced meat, the onion cream, the egg, the breadcrumbs, the salt and the chives to form a homogeneous mass. Roll out the dough on a large piece of aluminum foil, forming a rectangle. On top of the meat, make a layer with the slices of ham and the provolone cheese. Roll it up like a rocambole with the help of aluminum foil and put it in a greased form. Drizzle with olive oil and place in preheated medium oven for 30 minutes or until set and lightly browned.
