  • 3 tablespoons of vinegar

Method of preparation:

Method of preparation:

  • 1 cup of whole natural yogurt (170 g)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt, black pepper and chopped parsley to taste

Method of preparation:

In a bowl mix the chicken, potatoes, green beans, carrots, raisins and apricots. Distribute in a salad bowl or serving dish and reserve. Season the yogurt with Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Water the salad, sprinkle with parsley, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. To serve.

  • 1 pack of chickpeas (380g)
  • Half cup (tea) of diced smoked ricotta
  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons of chopped parsley
  • 2 teaspoons red pepper (finely sliced)
  • salt to taste

Method of preparation
