Lazy pudding ingredients

  • 1 cup (tea) of sugar
  • 1 sachet of powder for Maria-mole
  • 2 cups of milk (tea)
  • 1 cup boiling water (tea)
  • 50 g of grated coconut
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 can of whey-free cream

Method of preparation:

Put the sugar in a saucepan and bring to low heat until it forms a golden caramel. Spread this caramel in a hole of 22 cm in diameter and let it cool. Dissolve the maria-mole in boiling water, put it in the blender, add the rest of the ingredients and blend for 3 minutes. Then put it in the caramelized form and take it to the fridge for 4 hours.
