Because representation matters, yes! We have compiled a list of seven animations for you to enjoy with your child on Black Awareness Day – and everyone in between!
Kids love cartoons. Even better when everyone can feel represented in them! Culture helps children, from an early age, to better understand the world in which they live. So, it’s important that they can see themselves in the stories and the characters. Taking advantage of Black Consciousness Day, Baby Home put together a special list (to watch not only now, but any day of the year, of course!). Make popcorn, snuggle next to your child, play and have fun!
