Who said sweets have to be completely out of the diet, right? After all, there are several sweet and healthy dishes that can be on the menu without letting you escape from the diet. And the best part is, on top of everything else, they’re incredibly delicious! Check out some of these candy options below:
avocado ganache
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado;
- 2 tablespoons of banana biomass;
- 2 tablespoons of MCTs;
- 3 tablespoons demerara sugar.
Method of preparation:
In the processor, put the avocado and the biomass and beat for one minute. Add the sugar and coconut oil and beat for another 30 seconds. Put it to freeze.

wholemeal apple pie
Ingredients:
- 1 and a half cups of wheat flour tea (180 g);
- 1 cup of wholemeal flour tea (120 g);
- 1/2 teaspoon salt;
- 1 tablespoon of culinary sweetener (8 g);
- 1/2 cup of cooking margarine tea (75 g);
- 2 eggs.
Filling:
- 4 apples (400 g);
- 1 tablespoon of wheat flour (10 g);
- 3 tablespoons of culinary sweetener (24 g);
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon (4g);
- Juice of 1 small lemon;
- 2 tablespoons of flax seeds (12 g).
Method of preparation:
Put all the ingredients of the dough in a bowl and knead until you get a homogeneous dough. Put it in the fridge for about 10 minutes. Reserve. For the filling, peel the apples, remove the seeds and cut them into crescents. Place in a bowl and mix the apples well with the rest of the ingredients.
Open half of the dough and put it in a 22cm diameter mould. Arrange the filling and roll out the rest of the dough until it is about 2 cm thick. Place the filling on top. Pinch the edges and make a few cuts with the tip of the knife. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes.

Banana sorbet
Ingredients:
- 4 ripe bananas;
- Lemon peel.
Method of preparation:
Beat the bananas in a blender, or with a fork, until a creamy and homogeneous mixture is formed. Place the mixture in the freezer for 2 hours. Finish with the lemon zest.

Yoghurt pudding with blackberry sauce
Ingredients:
- 2 packs of natural yogurt (340g);
- 1 pack of light cream (200g);
- 1/2 pack of powdered condensed milk without sugar (100g);
- 1 packet of unflavored colorless gelatin powder (12 g).
Syrup
- 1/4 cup water tea (50 ml);
- 5 tablespoons of fructose (60 g);
- 100 g of frozen or fresh blackberries.
Method of preparation:
Prepare gelatin and condensed milk according to package directions and set aside. Add the rest of the ingredients. Put it in a pudding form greased with oil and put it in the refrigerator for about 3 hours. For the syrup, bring all the ingredients to the boil and stir for about 10 minutes. Develop pudding and coat with syrup;
