- 1/2 grated carrot

- 1/2 cup cream (milk)
- Salt and chopped parsley to taste

Method of preparation:

- 3 cups wheat flour (approximately)

- 2 eggs for breading
- 2 cups breadcrumbs (for dusting)
Filling
- 300 g of diced mozzarella
- oregano to taste
Method of preparation:
Blend the milk, corn, margarine and salt in a blender for 1 minute. Pour into a large saucepan and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes or until boiling. Add the cooked and mashed potato, the green perfume, the cornstarch and the wheat flour all at once and mix with a wooden spoon until it detaches from the bottom of the pan.
If necessary, add more flour. Place on a greased surface and wait for it to cool. Open portions of pasta by hand, fill with a cube of mozzarella seasoned with oregano and close again forming balls. Pass in the beaten eggs and breadcrumbs. Fry, a little at a time, in hot oil until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper and serve.

Method of preparation:
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the oil and 2 tablespoons of the butter. Put in the popcorn, cap, and wait for the kernels to pop. Spread in a greased refractory and leave to cool. In another pan, mix the rest of the butter with the brown sugar, glucose, baking soda and salt, until it melts and forms a syrup. Add the bacon, spread over the popcorn in the refractory and mix gently. Place in a medium, preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and leave to cool to serve.

- 1 tablet of fresh brewer’s yeast (15g)
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 can of drained corn
- 1 teaspoon of salt

- 1/2 cup hot water (tea)
- 3 1/2 cups (tea) wheat flour (approximately)
- Soft wheat flour for flouring
- 1/2 cup (tea) grated Minas cheese (half cure)
- Oil for greasing
Method of preparation:
Blend the yeast, oil, corn, salt, sugar and water in a blender until smooth. Pour into a bowl and add the flour, little by little, stirring with a spoon until it comes off the walls of the bowl. If necessary, add more flour. Transfer to a floured surface and knead for 5 minutes or until the dough is smooth and slightly sticky. Add the cheese and knead to combine.
Cover and let sit for 1 hour or until doubled in size. Divide the dough into 2 portions and open with a rolling pin on a floured surface until you get rectangles. With a knife, cut sticks and place them in a greased pan. Place in a medium, preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Leave to cool and serve.

- 3 cups wheat flour (tea)
- 1 teaspoon of salt

- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 5 tablespoons of natural yogurt
- 1 egg
- Oil for greasing
- 1 egg yolk for brushing
- Grated Parmesan and oregano for dusting
Filling
- 2 cups cooked and mashed cassava (tea)
- 1 cup cream cheese (cream)
- 1 chopped onion
- Salt, black pepper and chopped chives to taste
Method of preparation:
In a bowl, combine the flour, salt, butter, oil and, with your fingertips, mix until you obtain the consistency of farofa. Add the yogurt, beaten egg and mix until combined. Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 20 minutes. For the filling, in another bowl, mix the cassava, curds, onion, salt, pepper and chives.
Open the dough with the help of a rolling pin between two sheets of plastic until you get a circle with a diameter of about 30 cm. Roll out the filling and fold it in half to form a crescent. Transfer to a greased baking sheet, brush with egg yolk, sprinkle with Parmesan, oregano and bake in a preheated medium oven for 35 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and serve immediately, if desired, accompanied by a salad.
