Ingredients:
- 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) wheat for kibbeh
- 2 cups of hot water (tea)
- 500 g of sliced ​​\u200b\u200bboiled sausage
- 2 chopped seedless tomatoes
- 1 chopped seedless cucumber
- 1 chopped onion
- 5 curly lettuce leaves, cut into strips
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Juice of 2 lemons
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method of preparation:
- Put the wheat in a bowl, cover with hot water and soak for 1 hour.
- Let it cool and, if necessary, pass it through a sieve to remove excess water.
- Place in a bowl, add the sausage, tomato, cucumber, onion, lettuce, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper and mix well.
