Ingredients:

  • 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) wheat for kibbeh
  • 2 cups of hot water (tea)
  • 500 g of sliced ​​\u200b\u200bboiled sausage
  • 2 chopped seedless tomatoes
  • 1 chopped seedless cucumber
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 5 curly lettuce leaves, cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Method of preparation:
