Ingredients:
- 500 g of twice ground duckling
- 1 grated onion
- 4 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- 3 tablespoons of chopped mint
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for greasing
Sauce:
- 1 clove of garlic
- 4 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 6 tablespoons of chopped mint
- 1/3 cup oil (approximately)

Method of preparation:
- In a bowl, mix the meat, onion, parsley, mint, salt and pepper by hand until smooth.
- Form slightly elongated mini kaftas with wet hands and insert a wooden stick previously soaked in water for 30 minutes.
- Heat a large, thick frying pan greased with oil and brown it for 3 minutes on each side or place it on a grill 15 cm from the embers.
- Blend the garlic, juice, salt and mint in a blender.
- Gradually add the oil, continuing to beat, until thickened.
- Keep in the fridge.
- Arrange the kaftas on a plate and serve with the sauce garnished with mint leaves.
