Brazilian mojito

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- Juice of 3 lemons
- 10 mint leaves
- 500 ml of sparkling water
- 150 ml of cachaça of your choice
- About 10 ice cubes
Method of preparation:
- In a glass, put the sugar and lemon juice and mix.
- Add half the ice cubes and chopped mint leaves.
- Put the cachaça, sparkling water and the rest of the ice cubes.
- Then mix all the ingredients.
- Garnish with a lemon wedge and a sprig of mint and serve.
