Ingredients for the dough:
- 250 g of soft wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
- 150 g of unsalted butter, cubed very cold
- 2 tablespoons of refined sugar
Method of preparation:
- In a jar, add the ingredients and mix with your fingertips until it becomes a homogeneous mass.
- Spread the dough on the pan and place a layer of parchment paper and beans (to weigh it down) to prevent the base from swelling during cooking.
- Bake in the oven at 180 degrees until the dough dries. Remove and reserve.
Ingredients for the filling:
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 2 cans of milk
- 2 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 yolks
- 500 g of chocolate
For decoration:
- 250 ml of fresh cream
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- vanilla drops
Method of preparation:
Add the still cold ingredients to a pan, mix well until smooth. Bring to medium-low heat until the mixture is consistent. You should stir the mixture in the pan all the time during the cooking process so that it doesn’t lump or burn. Pour the cream over the cake base. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours. The ideal is to serve the next day. Whip the cream with the sugar and vanilla to obtain a whipped cream. Decorate when serving with chocolate, whipped cream and red fruits.
