Method of preparation

  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 40 g of wheat flour
  • 60ml Madeira wine
  • 560 ml of beef broth
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • Salt and sliced ​​\u200b\u200bmushrooms to taste

Method of preparation

Put the pieces of meat in a bowl and season them with garlic, salt and black pepper. Leave to rest for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, in a frying pan, put the olive oil and heat over medium heat.   • 1 kg of hard coxão cut into cubes
  • 340 g of tomato sauce
  • 3 chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • 100 g of potatoes, peeled and cut into rings
  • 100 g of peeled and diced carrots
  • Salt, chopped parsley and ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation

In a pressure cooker, add the oil and heat over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and saute. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, meat, green perfume, paprika, salt, black pepper. Stir and cover the pan. Cook for 20 minutes after getting the pressure. Then turn off the fire and wait for the pressure to go out. Open the pan, put the carrots and potatoes.
