Steak with barbecue sauce

- 1 teaspoon of white vinegar

Method of preparation

Sauce
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 40 g of wheat flour
- 60ml Madeira wine
- 560 ml of beef broth
- 1 tbsp mustard
- Salt and sliced ​​\u200b\u200bmushrooms to taste
Method of preparation
Meat
Put the pieces of meat in a bowl and season them with garlic, salt and black pepper. Leave to rest for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, in a frying pan, put the olive oil and heat over medium heat. Add the meat and brown it. Add the onion, thyme, parsley and mix well. Cook for another 4 minutes. Turn off the heat and set aside.
Sauce
Put the butter in a pan and melt it over medium heat. Add the wheat flour and cook until golden brown, stirring constantly. Gradually add the Madeira wine, the meat stock, the salt, the mustard, the mushrooms and cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Turn off the heat, add the sauce to the reserved meat and mix well. Serve immediately.

Hard coxão with tomato sauce
ingredients
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 onions peeled and chopped
- 5 cloves of garlic, peeled and crushed
- 1 kg of hard coxão cut into cubes
- 340 g of tomato sauce
- 3 chopped tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon of paprika
- 100 g of potatoes, peeled and cut into rings
- 100 g of peeled and diced carrots
- Salt, chopped parsley and ground black pepper to taste
Method of preparation
In a pressure cooker, add the oil and heat over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and saute. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, meat, green perfume, paprika, salt, black pepper. Stir and cover the pan. Cook for 20 minutes after getting the pressure. Then turn off the fire and wait for the pressure to go out. Open the pan, put the carrots and potatoes. Cover and return to medium heat for another 15 minutes. Turn off the heat and serve immediately.
