ingredients

- 3 teacups of wheat flour

- 1 tablespoon of chemical yeast
- 1 pinch of salt
- Coconut oil for greasing
- Soft wheat flour for flouring

- 1 cup of cocoa powder
- 1 teacup of sugar
Method of preparation
Pasta
Put the water, sugar, coconut oil, wheat flour, cocoa, salt in a bowl and mix well. Add the baking powder and mix again until get a mass homogeneous. Reserve. Add a roast round to the coconut oil, flour it with wheat flour and pour the dough over it. Place in a preheated oven at medium temperature for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Turn off the oven, wait for it to cool down, unmold and reserve.

In a blender, put the yam, water and beat until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a pan, add the cocoa powder, sugar and cook over low heat until the coating thickens. Next, pour the icing over the cake and serve.

- 5 paçocas crushed
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- Coconut oil for greasing
- Soft wheat flour for flouring
Method of preparation
Put the wheat flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt in a bowl and mix well. Add the oil, the water and mix again until a homogeneous consistency is obtained. Add the paçoca, the baking powder and mix to incorporate with the other ingredients. Reserve. Grease a baking sheet with coconut oil, flour it with wheat flour, pour the dough on it and bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature for 40 minutes. Turn off the oven and serve immediately.

Trick with chocolate sauce
ingredients
Cake
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 140 g of chopped 70% cocoa chocolate (vegan)
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1/2 cup of water tea
- 2/3 of a teacup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup arrowroot starch
Syrup
- 1/2 cup cane molasses tea
- 1/4 of a tea cup of water
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
Method of preparation
Cake
In a bowl put the water, the flax seeds and mix well. Leave to rest for 10 minutes. In a water bath, melt the chocolate and coconut oil together. After melting, mix well and reserve. In a container, put the chocolate powder, brown sugar, arrowroot starch and mix well. Add the flax seeds, the reserved chocolate and mix until smooth. Reserve. Grease the cake molds with coconut oil, spread the dough over them and bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 18 minutes. Turn off the oven, wait for it to cool down, unmold and reserve.
Syrup
Put all the ingredients in a container and mix well until you get a homogeneous consistency. After that, pour the syrup over the dumplings and serve after.
Tip: serve with ice cream and mint leaves.
