Learn to let go of the weight of the past and be happier in the present

It’s not because life isn’t right that you should adjust and think this situation is final. It is not necessary to remain endlessly resigned to the errors of the past🇧🇷 One way to start making the change you want so badly is to observe the pattern of thoughts you’ve been holding back – they’re probably not constructive and are fueling the unwanted situation. After identifying if this is your case, how about starting a mini-revolution in your head?

The understanding that there is no effect without a cause and that things are as they are due to something in the past is not helpful when used with the intention of blaming and punishing oneself, ruminating that something shouldn’t have been done or that it would have been better to have acted otherwise.

It’s smarter to use the law of cause and effect in the sense of understanding that to get the desired effects in the future you need to create the cause now.

Did you know that it is possible to transform unhappiness and suffering by past into good and positive things?

This happens starting from the perception that these events were not errors, but a source of learning and opportunities for self-knowledge.

It is a new vision in which what has caused hurt and misfortune is now seen as great lessons that have placed you today in a more expanded and strengthened position of consciousness.

What you see as a mistake may have shown you how you were putting yourself in the position of a victim or letting yourself be led by other people, in the sense of wanting to meet expectations or not taking for granted what is truly of value to you.

It may also have helped you to feel firsthand what other people are feeling when they are going through a certain situation and, thus, lessening your pride and habit of criticizing and condemning both others and yourself.

This conception of life events requires depth of analysis and maturity to be honest with yourself and face the fact that things are as they are and not as we would like them to be.

At this level of character elevation, the past and even world events are understood as relevant and important experiences, which have made them grow and progress.

It’s worth it

Sincere dedication to developing this new, more expanded and mature outlook on life has the effect of realizing that nothing has been in vain and that the concept of error does not exist, making life lighter and more enjoyable.

Thus a point of satisfaction is reached, where what was previously a source of regret and bitterness is now the object of gratitude. The beauty of life becomes more evident and doubts and insecurities give way to confidence and inner peace.
