Ingredients:

  • 1 1/3 cups butter (room temperature)
  • 1 cup (tea) of sugar
  • Soft wheat flour for flouring
  • 1/2 cup almonds (chopped)
  • margarine for greasing
  • 1/2 teaspoon (coffee) ground cinnamon
  • 1 and 1/2 cups wheat flour (approximately)

Icing

  • 2 egg whites
  • 500 g of icing sugar
  • 1 teaspoon(s) of lemon juice
  • Food coloring in desired colors of your choice

Method of preparation:

  1. In a mixer, beat the butter and sugar until fluffy.
  2. Add the almond, cinnamon and beat quickly.
  3. Remove from the planetary mixer and add the flour, kneading with your hands to form a homogeneous mass that does not stick to your hands.
  4. If necessary, add more flour.
  5. Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  6. Remove from the oven, open the dough with a rolling pin on a floured surface and cut with Christmas motif cutters.
  7. Place on a greased baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place in a preheated medium oven (180°C) for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and leave to cool.
  9. For the glaze, beat the egg whites and 1/3 of the icing sugar in the planetary mixer for 2 minutes.
  10. Add the lemon juice and continue beating without stopping.
  11. Add the remaining sugar, little by little, until a smooth, white and opaque cream is formed.
  12. Divide the cream into parts and dye in the desired colors.
  13. Decorate the cookies on top and place them in plastic bags. Serve immediately.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 1 cup (tea) of sugar
  • 3 1/2 cups (tea) wheat flour (approximately)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon(s) of vanilla essence
  • margarine for greasing
  • 1/2 cup powdered milk
  • fondant and royal icing in desired colors to decorate

Method of preparation:

  1. In a planetary mixer, mix the butter with the sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  2. Add the egg, essence and beat to incorporate.
  3. Remove from mixer, add flour, powdered milk and mix with hands until smooth.
  4. If necessary, add more flour.
  5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove and open the dough between two sheets of transparent film, using a roll.
  7. Using metal cookie cutters, cut cookies into desired shape, place in a large, greased baking pan, and place in a preheated medium oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Decorate the biscuits with fondant and royal icing in the colors of your choice, wait for them to dry and pack.

Ingredients:

  • 300 g of cold butter
  • 2 yolks
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cups (tea) sugar
  • 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 3 cups wheat flour (approximately)

Cream

  • 2 cups powdered sugar (pastry)
  • 4 tablespoons of water (approximately)

Method of preparation:

  1. In a bowl mix the butter, egg yolks, egg, sugar and cocoa to form a paste.
  2. Add the flour, a little at a time, until you get a smooth and soft dough.
  3. If necessary, add more flour.
  4. Wrap in cling film and leave to rest for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  5. Open the dough between two sheets of plastic with a rolling pin until it is about 0.5 cm thick.
  6. Cut with star cutters of various sizes.
  7. Arrange the doughs in a large pan lined with baking paper, next to each other.
  8. Place in a medium oven (180°C), preheated, for 10 minutes or until firm, without browning.
  9. Remove from the oven and leave to cool.
  10. For the cream, in a bowl, mix the sugar and water until they form a paste.
  11. If necessary, add more water little by little.
  12. To assemble the mini trees, start the base using the larger stars, place a layer of sugar paste and a smaller star.
  13. Repeat the layers of stars, from the largest to the smallest, interspersed with the sugar paste, and the last star must be positioned vertically.
  14. Wrap each tree in a plastic bag, tie it with a ribbon, and give it as a gift.

  • 1 1/3 cups butter (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup (tea) sugar
  • Soft wheat flour for flouring
  • 1/2 cup (tea) brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon (coffee) ground cinnamon
  • margarine for greasing
  • 1/2 teaspoon (coffee) ginger powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) of grated nutmeg
  • 1 and 1/2 cups wheat flour (approximately)

Icing

  • 2 egg whites
  • 500 g of icing sugar
  • 1 teaspoon(s) of lemon juice
  • Red and green gel dyes to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. In a mixer, beat the butter and sugars until frothy.
  2. Add the cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and whisk quickly to combine.
  3. Remove from the mixer and add the flour, kneading until a homogeneous mass is formed that does not stick to your hands.
  4. If necessary, add more flour.
  5. Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  6. Remove and unfold the dough with a rolling pin on a floured surface.
  7. Cut with Christmas pattern cutters and place on a greased baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Take to a medium, preheated oven for 10 minutes, without letting it brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and leave to cool.
  10. For the glaze, beat the egg whites and 1/3 of the powdered sugar in an electric mixer for 2 minutes.
  11. Add the juice and continue beating without stopping.
  12. Add the remaining sugar, little by little, until a smooth, white and opaque cream is formed.
  13. Divide the cream into 3 parts and dye one with red dye and the other with green dye, until you reach the desired colors.
  14. Decorate the biscuits with the icing, using a pastry bag with a smooth nozzle.
  15. Leave to dry and serve.

Ingredients:

  • 100 g of butter
  • 1 cup (tea) of sugar
  • 2 cups wheat flour (tea)
  • 1 egg

Decoration

  • 1 pack of fondant
  • 800 g assorted gel paste dye

Method of preparation:

  1. Mix all the ingredients well and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. Open the dough with a roll and cut out with cookie cutters in the desired shape.
  3. Place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and place in a preheated medium oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Color the American pasta according to the decoration you are going to make.
  5. Decorate as desired and serve.
