Ingredients:

• 1 pomegranate
• 1 bunch of seedless grapes
• 1 cup of cooked lentils
• 1 orange
• assorted leaves
• 150 g of raw ham
• 150 g of feta cheese
• 1/2 cup vinegar
• 1/2 cup of olive oil
• 2 spoons of honey
• 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
• salt
• black pepper

Method of preparation:

Clean the leaves, tear them off and place them on a serving plate, add the seedless grapes cut in half, the pomegranate seeds, the cooked and cooled lentils, 2/3 of the feta cheese, 2/3 of the Parma ham and mix everything together , decorate with the orange cut into wedges, the rest of the feta cheese, the Parma ham and the grapes and a few pomegranate seeds.

For the sauce, add the vinegar, oil, honey, mustard, season with salt and pepper and blend until smooth, serve on the side.
