Ingredients:
- 2 cans of condensed milk
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 6 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- Butter for greasing
- 1 mini panettone chopped
Decoration
- Red and green chocolate pearls to taste
- 200 g of white fondant
- 1 tablespoon (coffee) of golden edible powder
- 1/2 tablespoon (coffee) grain alcohol
Method of preparation:
- For the brigadeiro, place the condensed milk, butter and chocolate powder in a pan and cook over medium heat, stirring, until it thickens and pulls away from the bottom of the pan.
- Transfer to a plate and leave to cool.
- Open portions of dough with greasy hands and place a piece of panettone in the center.
- Close and roll up, shaping the brigadiers.
- Pass through the chocolate pearls, put into molds and set aside.
- Open the American pasta with a rolling pin, cut with a star-shaped cutter and reserve.
