And when the end of the year comes, no one is willing to change their habits, they want the year to end.

And on the 1st we are full of promises, new projects and motivated with new opportunities for the new year.

But I want to propose the following: make no promises. Make a pact, a pact with yourself, with your health and well-being. This is independent of day, time and year.

I will start next year, only on Monday I will resume my diet, I will exercise only if I have a personal trainer.

Our body is an intelligent machine that works perfectly. Accusation signs when we are not well. And we know what we have to do to change, deep down we know.

How to keep your New Year’s resolutions

But before you finalize your deal, I’m going to give you a few pointers to make it real and achievable.

1st I want to lose weight 30 kg, before losing 30, you must lose 1 kg. Planning macro is everything and micro is small scale. Week by week, month by month.

2nd start date of your move, registered that day, but it doesn’t have an end date, now the change will be permanent, that doesn’t mean you won’t be wrong. Surrendering will not be an option.

3rd self-knowledge, personal investment, if you don’t treat and cure your pain, everything will repeat itself. We all have problems what differs is how we deal with the situation, control your thoughts and boost your energy.

Determine an anchor word, it is used to create or change events, they are triggered only in certain cases by you.

When you constantly change your thinking pattern, your brain creates a habit of thinking positively.
