Pina coladas

Ingredients:

  • 1 and 1/2 shot of rum (50 ml)
  • 3 doses of pineapple juice (150ml)
  • 1 small glass of coconut milk (50 ml)
  • ice to taste
  • 1 small glass of condensed milk (50 ml)

Method of preparation:

  1. Put ice in a shaker, add the shot of rum, pineapple juice, condensed milk and coconut milk and shake for 2 minutes, until smooth.
  2. Transfer the cocktail to a long or long glass and serve, if desired, garnishing with a pineapple wedge.

Strawberry Caipirinha with sake

Ingredients:

  • 100 g of chopped strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 100 ml of sake
  • ice to complete

Method of preparation:

  1. Place the strawberries and sugar in a glass and mash with a punch.
  2. Add the sake and ice, then mix with a spoon.
  3. Serve immediately.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • Juice of 3 lemons
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 500 ml of sparkling water
  • 150 ml of cachaça of your choice
  • About 10 ice cubes

Method of preparation:

  1. In a glass, put the sugar and lemon juice and mix.
  2. Add half the ice cubes and chopped mint leaves.
  3. Put the cachaça, sparkling water and the rest of the ice cubes.
  4. Then mix all the ingredients.
  5. Garnish with a lemon wedge and a sprig of mint and serve.

Ingredients:

  • 2 kiwis or 1 lemon
  • 5 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 small glasses of sake (100 ml)
  • ice to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. In a tall glass, with a punch, mash the fruit with the sugar.
  2. Add sake and ice.
  3. Stir and serve in wide mouth glasses.

Villa Spring Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 5 basil leaves
  • 50ml of vodka
  • 25 ml of mandarin syrup
  • 15 ml of Sicilian lemon juice
  • 1 Sprite®
  • 1 Bahia Orange

Method of preparation:

  1. Shake all ingredients (except Sprite® and basil leaves) in a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice.
  2. Strain into a tall glass filled with ice (ice in shaker should be discarded) and top up with Sprite®.
  3. Decorate with a peel of Bahia orange and a sprig of basil.

Ingredients:

  • 2 lemons
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 shot of vodka (50ml)
  • ice to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Cut and separate 5 thin slices of lemon.
  2. Beat the rest of the squeezed lemon in the blender with the sugar, vodka and ice until smooth.
  3. Place in a glass and garnish with the reserved lemon wedges.
  4. Serve.

Aperol Spritz

Ingredients:

  • 3 doses (shot) of sparkling wine
  • 1 small glass of sparkling water
  • 2 doses (shot) of Aperol
  • 1 slice of orange
  • Ice cubes

Method of preparation:

  1. Put ice in the glass and add the sparkling wine.
  2. Then put the Aperol and complete with sparkling water. Put an orange slice inside to decorate.
