Ingredients:
- 2 packs of wholemeal bread (400 g each)
- 3 sliced tomatoes
- 1/2 bunch of washed lettuce
Filling
- 3 cups cooked and shredded chicken
- 1 1/2 cups light mayonnaise
- 1 can of drained corn
- 2 grated carrots
- 1 grated beetroot
- Salt and chopped parsley to taste
Method of preparation:
- For the filling, mix all ingredients well and set aside.
- Prepare each sandwich using the slice of bread, some of the filling, tomato slices and lettuce leaves, plus a slice of bread, plus a layer of tomato and lettuce filling and finish with the bread.
- Then repeat the process making the rest of the sandwiches.
- Cut diagonally and wrap in plastic wrap.
- Finally, refrigerate until ready to serve.

- 3 jars of light cream cheese (450 g)
- 3 jars of natural yoghurt (510g)
- 1 small boiled and chopped beetroot
- salt to taste
- 1 cooked and chopped carrot
- 1 cup cooked spinach leaves
- 2 packs of crustless bread
- margarine for greasing
- 1 pack of light cream (200g)
- 1 cup light mozzarella (grated)
Method of preparation:
- In the blender, on the pulsar button or in the processor, beat 1 cup of cream cheese, 1 cup of yoghurt and the beets until they form a pate.
- Fix salt and reserve.
- Repeat the same process with the carrot and spinach.
- In a medium greased refractory, make a layer of bread, a layer of beetroot pate, another layer of bread, a layer of carrot pate, another layer of bread, a layer of spinach pate, and finish with the bread.
- Mix the cream with the mozzarella and spread it on the bread.
- Then take to a medium, preheated oven for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.

- 200 g of diced bacon
- 1 1/2 cups cream cheese
- 1 meter bread
- 1 cup mayonnaise (tea)
- 200 g of sliced mozzarella
- 200 g of sliced ham
- 2 sliced tomatoes
- 1/2 bunch of crunchy lettuce
- mushrooms to decorate
Method of preparation:
- In a skillet over medium heat, fry the bacon in its own fat until browned.
- Then drain and paper towel and mix with cottage cheese.
- Then, cut the bread horizontally, spread the mayonnaise, cover with the mozzarella, ham, spread the ricotta with the bacon, tomatoes and lettuce.
