Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup of milk (tea)
  • 1/3 cup oil (tea)
  • 2 cups wheat flour (tea)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder (coffee)
  • Oil and wheat flour for greasing and flouring

Filling

  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 stem of sliced ā€‹ā€‹leek
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
  • 2 cups of grated mozzarella
  • 200 g of sliced ā€‹ā€‹smoked fillet
  • oregano to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Beat the eggs, milk, oil and half the flour in a blender for 1 minute.
  2. Pour into a bowl, mix the remaining flour and baking powder with a spoon.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased and floured 28cm springform pan and place in the preheated medium oven for 5 minutes or until set, without browning.
  4. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and saute the leeks for 3 minutes. Reserve.
  5. Spread the sauce, mozzarella, tenderloin and reserved leek over the pasta.
  6. Sprinkle with the oregano and place in a medium, preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Develop and serve.

Pepperoni Pizza Blender

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 cup warm milk (approximately)
  • 1 tablet of fresh brewer’s yeast (15g)
  • 2 cups wheat flour (tea)
  • Oil and wheat flour for greasing

Roof

  • 4 tablespoons prepared tomato sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella (grated)
  • 2 pieces of sliced ā€‹ā€‹Calabrian sausage
  • 1 sliced ā€‹ā€‹onion
  • 8 green olives
  • oregano to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Beat the egg, olive oil, sugar, salt, milk and yeast in a blender until smooth.
  2. Add the flour and beat for another 1 minute. If necessary, add more milk.
  3. Pour into a 30 cm diameter buttered and floured mould.
  4. Cover with cling film and leave to rest for 20 minutes.
  5. Place in a medium, preheated oven for 10 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and spread the tomato sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni and onion over the dough.
  7. Return to medium oven, preheated, for another 15 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven, decorate with the olives, sprinkle with oregano and serve.

Quick blender pizza

Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 4 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 cup warm milk (approximately)
  • 1 tablet of fresh brewer’s yeast (15g)
  • 2 cups wheat flour (tea)
  • Oil and wheat flour for greasing

Filling

  • 5 tablespoons of tomato puree
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 sliced ā€‹ā€‹onion
  • 1 cup mozzarella (grated)
  • 2 sliced ā€‹ā€‹boiled eggs
  • 10 pitted black olives
  • oregano to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. In the blender put the egg, oil, sugar, salt, milk and yeast.
  2. Beat until smooth, add the flour and beat until combined. If necessary, add more milk.
  3. Turn off the heat, pour into a large, round, buttered and floured pizza pan, and cover with plastic wrap.
  4. Leave to rest for 40 minutes.
  5. Place in a medium oven, preheated, for 15 minutes.
  6. Remove, spread tomato sauce, ham, onion and sprinkle with cheese.
  7. Return to medium oven, preheated, for another 15 minutes or until browned.
  8. Remove from the oven, decorate with the hard-boiled egg, the olive and sprinkle with oregano.
  9. Serve immediately.

Tuna pizza blender

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of milk (tea)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 and 1/2 cups wheat flour (tea)
  • Oil for greasing
  • 1 tablespoon of chemical yeast

Filling:

  • 1 cup prepared tomato sauce
  • 2 cans of whole tuna drained and crumbled
  • 2 sliced ā€‹ā€‹tomatoes
  • 1 cup mozzarella (grated)
  • 1 sliced ā€‹ā€‹onion
  • salt to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. In a blender, beat the milk, egg, salt, sugar, olive oil and flour until creamy.
  2. Add the yeast and beat quickly.
  3. Pour this mixture into a 30cm diameter mold and place in a medium preheated oven for 25 minutes.
  4. Remove, spread the tomato sauce and cover with the rest of the filling ingredients and put back in the oven for another 10 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of milk
  • 1/2 cup (tea) of oil
  • 1 sachet of cream of chicken powder (71g)
  • 1 cup wheat flour (tea)
  • 1/2 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 1 cup mozzarella (grated)
  • 300 g of sliced ā€‹ā€‹ham
  • 4 chopped boiled eggs
  • 1 onion cut into rings
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 1/2 cup black olives (chopped)
  • Oregano to sprinkle

Method of preparation:

  1. In the blender, beat the eggs with the milk, the oil, the chicken cream and the flour.
  2. Finally add the baking soda and mix with a spoon.
  3. Pour into a 30 cm diameter mold and spread the mozzarella and then the ham, eggs, onion and bacon slices.
  4. Spread the olive and sprinkle with oregano.
  5. Place in a preheated oven for 30 minutes.

Parmesan Pizza Blender

  • 1 cup of milk (tea)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan
  • 1 and 1/2 cups wheat flour (tea)
  • salt to taste
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder (chemical)
  • Filling:
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 400 g of fillet mignon cut into cubes
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • salt to taste
  • 1 cup prepared tomato sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella (grated)
  • oregano to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. In the blender, beat the milk, egg, olive oil, Parmesan cheese, wheat flour and salt.
  2. Add the yeast and mix with a spoon.
  3. Pour this mixture into a round pizza pan with a diameter of 30 cm and place in a medium preheated oven for 25 minutes.
  4. For the filling, heat the oil in a pan, brown the meat with the garlic, add the salt and the tomato sauce and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Remove the dough from the oven, spread the meat filling, cover with the cheese, oregano and put it back in the oven for another 10 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup of milk (tea)
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 and 1/2 cups wheat flour (tea)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder (chemical)
  • Butter and wheat flour for greasing

Filling

  • 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce
  • 250 g of grated mozzarella
  • 1/2 piece of sliced ā€‹ā€‹fried pepperoni sausage
  • 1/2 sliced ā€‹ā€‹onion
  • oregano to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Beat all the ingredients of the dough in the blender until a homogeneous mass is formed.
  2. Pour into a greased and floured pizza pan and spread evenly with a spoon.
  3. Take to a medium, preheated oven for 10 minutes, without letting it brown.
  4. Remove, spread the tomato sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, onion and oregano over the dough and return to the oven for another 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  5. Pick up and serve later.

  • 1/2 cup (tea) of milk
  • 1 and 1/2 cups wheat flour (tea)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup cheese (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan (grated)
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese (mashed)
  • Oil and wheat flour for greasing
  • oregano to sprinkle

Method of preparation:

  1. In a blender, beat the milk, flour, egg, baking powder and oil until smooth.
  2. Pour the dough into a large, buttered and floured pizza pan and place in the preheated oven for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from the oven, spread the olive oil, mozzarella, cheese, parmesan, gorgonzola and sprinkle with oregano.
  4. Return to the medium oven and bake for another 20 minutes or until the dough is crispy and the cheese is lightly browned.
  5. Serve immediately.
