Ingredients:

  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 12 slices of Italian bread 1 inch thick
  • olive oil for greasing
  • 3 ripe seedless tomatoes cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped basil
  • Salt and minced pepper
  • 1 and 1/2 cups shredded buffalo mozzarella

  • 1 1/2 cups pitted black olives
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil

Method of preparation:

  1. For the olive paste, beat the ingredients in a food processor or blender using the pulsar button.
