Ingredients:
- 1 clove of garlic
- 12 slices of Italian bread 1 inch thick
- olive oil for greasing
- 3 ripe seedless tomatoes cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons of chopped basil
- Salt and minced pepper
- 1 and 1/2 cups shredded buffalo mozzarella

- 1 1/2 cups pitted black olives
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
Method of preparation:
- For the olive paste, beat the ingredients in a food processor or blender using the pulsar button.

- Divide the olive paste among the slices.
