Banana’s cake
ingredients
- 3 eggs
- Two bananas sliced
- 1/2 cup of soy milk
- 1 teacup of wholemeal flour
- 1 teacup of oatmeal
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons of xylitol
- 1 tablespoon of chemical yeast
Method of preparation
In blender, beat eggs, bananas, milk and coconut oil for 1 minute. Then add the whole wheat flour, oatmeal, baking powder and xylitol and beat for another 2 minutes. Transfer the dough to a greased paper-lined form and take it into the preheated medium oven for 50 minutes.
Banana candy
ingredients
- 3 bananas ripe sliced
- 1 tablespoon oven and stove sweetener
- 1/4 of a tea cup of water
- Cinnamon powder to taste
Method of preparation
In a pan, place the bananas and bring to medium heat. Stir and cook until the bananas melt and form a puree. Add the water, sweetener and cinnamon. Stir for 10 minutes until candy begin to loosen from the bottom of the pan. Turn off the heat, transfer to a container and refrigerate for 1 hour.

banana brigadeiro
ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas mashed
- 5 tablespoons of whey protein
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder 70%
- Cocoa powder 70% to roll the brigadeiros
Method of preparation
Put the bananas in a pan and bring to low heat. Stir and cook until it starts to pull away from the pan. Then add the whey protein and cocoa powder. Stir quickly until it comes back out of the pan. Turn off the heat, transfer the candies to a container and wait for them to cool. Roll up the brigadeiros and coat them in the cocoa powder. Put them in a container and put them in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Granola cake with banana
ingredients
- 2 cups of muesli tea
- 1/2 cup oatmeal tea
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- Two bananas bites
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of chemical yeast
- Cinnamon powder to taste
Method of preparation
In a blender, beat the eggs, coconut oil and bananas until smooth. Then add the oatmeal, granola, baking powder and cinnamon and beat again until smooth. Put the dough into the silicone moulds for the muffins and bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 30 minutes.
