Practice pasta bolognese

Weather: 40 minutes
Performance: 5 portions
Difficulty: easy
Ingredients:
- 1 pack of bow tie pasta (500g)
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 500 g of minced meat
- 2 cans of tomato sauce
- 1/3 cup chopped parsley (minced)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 cup (tea) of Catupiry®
Method of preparation:
- Cook the macaroni according to package directions. Run and book.
- For the sauce, heat a pan with the oil and sauté the onion, garlic and meat until golden brown.
- Add the tomato sauce, parsley, salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the Catupiry®, mix and turn off the heat.
- Season the pasta with the sauce and serve immediately.
Potato gnocchi

Weather: 1 hour
Performance: 4 portions
Difficulty: easy
Ingredients:
- 1 kg of potatoes
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 yolk
- Soft wheat flour for flouring
- 1 cup wheat flour (approximately)
- Parmesan, grated to taste, for sprinkling
Sauce
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 300 g of minced meat
- 1 small grated carrot
- 6 ripe tomatoes, blended and sieved
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves to taste for sprinkling
Method of preparation:
- Heat a pan with oil over medium heat and brown the meat for 5 minutes.
- Add the onion, garlic and carrot and saute for 5 minutes or until browned.
- Add the tomatoes, salt and pepper and cook for 10 minutes over low heat until thickened. Reserve.
- Cook the whole potatoes in their skins in salted water for 20 minutes or until tender.
- Drain and peel while still hot.
- Pass through the still hot juicer and leave to cool.
- Put it in a bowl, add the egg yolk, salt, pepper and flour, a little at a time, kneading until it comes off your hands.
- If necessary, add more until it rolls up.
- Make rolls with the dough on a smooth and floured surface and with a knife cut the gnocchi of 2 cm.
- Cook in boiling salted water until it floats to the surface.
- Remove with a slotted spoon and pour into a medium refractory.
- Cover with the hot sauce, sprinkle with basil and Parmesan and serve.
Creamy chicken lasagna

Weather: 30 minutes
Performance: 5 portions
Difficulty: easy
ingredients
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 1 chicken breast cooked and chopped
- 1 can of drained corn
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup cream cheese (cream)
- Salt and chopped parsley to taste
- 2 cans of tomato sauce
- 1 pack of pre-cooked lasagna (400g)
- 350 g of sliced mozzarella
Method of preparation
- Heat a pressure cooker with some oil and fry the onion until it is soft.
- Then add the cooked chicken, drained corn, chopped tomato and sauté for 3 minutes.
- Immediately after, collect the cataupirium, the salt and the green smelt, mix and put out the fire.
- After that, remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, layer the tomato sauce, lasagna, chicken stew, and mozzarella.
- Repeat the layers until you run out of ingredients ending in sauce.
- Next, cover the pan and bring to low heat and cook for 5 minutes after squeaking.
- Finally switch off, release the pressure and open the pan. Serve.
Pork ribs with barbecue sauce and rustic potatoes

Weather: 2h (+1h rest)
Performance: 8 portions
Difficulty: easy
Ingredients:
- 1 pork rib (about 2 kg)
- 2 sachets of powdered meat seasoning
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- olive oil for dressing
Barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 grated onion
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 3 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 1 and 1/2 cups of ketchup
- 1 tablespoon of white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Rustic potatoes
- Potato strips of 1.5 kg
- 1/2 cup olive oil (tea)
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 2 tablespoons of coarse salt
- 1 tablespoon of hot paprika
Method of preparation:
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and saute the onion and garlic for 2 minutes.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and cook for 5 minutes over low heat, after boiling.
- Turn off and reserve.
- Season the ribs with the seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and leave to rest for 1 hour.
- Place in a mold, drizzle with olive oil, cover with aluminum foil and place in a preheated medium oven for 1 hour.
- Cook the potato in a pot of boiling water for 5 minutes, drain, rinse in cold water and mix with the rest of the ingredients.
- Remove the foil from the ribs and brush them generously with the sauce.
- Spread the potatoes around and return to the oven until the potato is golden brown and tender.
- Remove and serve.
Condensed milk pudding with coconut

Weather: 1h30 (+4h fridge)
Performance: 8 portions
Difficulty: easy
Ingredients:
- 2 cans of condensed milk
- 1 cup of milk (tea)
- 1 glass of coconut milk (200 ml)
- 5 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of corn starch
- 1 cup(s) of dried coconut
Syrup
- 1 cup (tea) of sugar
- 1/2 cup (tea) of water
Method of preparation:
- Bring a pan over medium heat with the sugar and water until it dissolves and forms a golden syrup.
- Pour a 26 cm diameter hole in the center and leave to cool.
- Blend the condensed milk, milk, coconut milk, eggs and cornstarch in a blender until smooth.
- Mix the coconut with a spoon and pour it into the caramelized form.
- Place in a medium, preheated oven in a double boiler for 50 minutes or until set.
- Leave to cool and refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Develop and serve.
easy brigadier

Weather: 1h10 (+2h of fridge)
Performance: 8 portions
Difficulty: easy
Ingredients:
- 1 jar of cream
- 4 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 tablespoon of corn starch
- 1 cup cocoa powder (powdered)
- Butter for greasing
- Chocolate chips to decorate
Method of preparation:
- Blend the condensed milk, cream, eggs, butter, cornstarch and chocolate powder in a blender until smooth.
- Transfer to a greased 24cm diameter cake tin with a hole in the centre, cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated medium oven in a bain-marie for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Leave to cool and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Develop, decorate with sprinkles and serve.
Passion fruit mousse

Weather: 30min (+2h of fridge)
Performance: 6 portions
Difficulty: easy
Ingredients:
- 1 sachet of unflavored gelatin powder
- 1 cup of passion fruit juice concentrate
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 jar of cream
- 1 egg white beaten until stiff
Syrup
- 1/2 cup (tea) of water
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
Method of preparation:
- To make this passion fruit mousse recipe, in a pan start sprinkling the gelatin over the juice and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Bring to low heat, in a bain-marie, to melt, without boiling.
- Mix with condensed milk and sour cream, pour into a bowl and mix the whites with a spoon.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Beat the pulp with half the water in the blender, using the pulsar key, just to loosen the seeds.
- Pour into a saucepan, add the sugar, the cornflour dissolved in the remaining water and bring to a low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens.
- Leave to cool and spread on the mousse. Serve and enjoy!
