There isn’t always time to hit the gym or jog in the park. But that’s not why you’ll stop exercising. Physical educator Guilherme Lacerda, who specializes in exercise physiology, has prepared a special series that can be done at home by anyone who wants to stay in good physical condition. The choice was for HIIT training, which uses only body weight.

1. burpee – 30 seconds. The series begins with a very popular exercise, which involves squatting, placing your hands on the ground, throwing your legs back, pulling your legs back and then jumping.

Two. climber – 30 seconds. With his hands on the floor and his legs extended, he simulates a run.

Pause – 30 seconds

3. Squats touching the heels – 30 seconds. Squat with legs apart, heels touching, and lift up into the third activity in the series.

4. Lift – 30 seconds. With your knees on the floor or not, place your hands on the floor with your arms shoulder-width apart, then bring your chest toward the floor.

Pause – 30 seconds.

5. Run in place with knee high – 30 seconds. Jog in place, bringing your knee to 90 degrees.

6. abdominal rowing machine – 30 seconds. The last activity in the series is: lie down on the floor with your back down, arms and legs extended, then sit down, embracing your legs with the help of pushing your arms.

If you’re just starting out, just take one pass through the exercises. If you were already training and want a little more intensity in the set, do two passes. But if you want a bigger challenge, do 3 steps in this sequence.
