Ignore far-fetched stories or excessive pacing. The right thing is to stick to what you can match so that the training load increases gradually. “Demanding too much of your body can put your health at risk,” reflects Alves.

“Regardless of the type of physical activity, it is essential to have an adequate diet with proteins, calcium and other vitamins. Also, try to sleep well at night and bet on drinking water before and after training, as it ensures fluid replacement lost”, concludes the orthopedic surgeon.
