Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 2 and 1/2 cups of milk
  • 1 large bunch of peeled spinach
  • salt
  • kilos
  • Nutmeg

Method of preparation:

Melt the butter, add the wheat flour and sauté for about two minutes. Add the milk and, with a whisk, mix over medium heat until it thickens, then add the spinach and with a hand whisk, beat everything until you obtain a smooth and velvety cream. Adjust seasonings with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Serve.
