If there’s one easy and delicious dessert, it’s the banoffee. Since then I enjoy it more and more! In this recipe, you can change the quantities very easily and make in larger quantities.
ingredients
- 1 can of condensed milk cooked for 45 minutes under pressure
- 1 box of cream
- 1 packet of cornstarch biscuit crumbs
- 2 sliced bananas
- 2 cups of fresh milk cream
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- cinnamon to sprinkle
Method of preparation
In small bowls arrange the crushed biscuit on the background. Mix a can of boiled condensed milk, it’s very browned, with a can of cream. Make a layer of cream and arrange the chopped bananas. Put more dulce de leche and then add a thin layer of crushed biscuit. For the whipped cream, beat the fresh cream and the sugar in the mixer; the cream must be very cold. Place the biscuit layer on top and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Store in the fridge and serve very cold.
