  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • 4 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 800ml of milk
  • Salt and nutmeg to taste
  • 1 box of cream

Method of preparation:

  1. Heat a frying pan with butter and fry the flour until it turns slightly yellow.
  2. Shortly after, add the milk, a little at a time, stirring constantly until it thickens.
  3. Season with salt and nutmeg and the cream.
  4. Finally cook for another 2 minutes and switch off.
