- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 4 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 800ml of milk
- Salt and nutmeg to taste
- 1 box of cream
Method of preparation:
- Heat a frying pan with butter and fry the flour until it turns slightly yellow.
- Shortly after, add the milk, a little at a time, stirring constantly until it thickens.
