Ingredients:
- 5 guavas, peeled and halved (save the peels)
- 2 cups of water (tea)
- 1 cup (tea) of sugar
- White cheese to accompany
Method of preparation:
- Peel the guavas and cut them in half
- Then remove the pulp from the fruits, leaving a hole in the center of them.
- In a pan, heat the guava pulp, peels and water until boiling.
- Remove, hit the blender and then the sieve
- Add the sugar and put back on the heat until it boils.
- Add the guavas and cook until softened and the syrup thickens.
