  • 1/2 cup lemon juice (lemon)
  • 1 jar of cream
  • 1 sachet of unflavored gelatin powder
  • 3 egg whites
  • Sliced ​​lemon to decorate

Method of preparation

In the blender, quickly grind the cookies. Reserve. In a blender, beat the condensed milk, lemon juice, heavy cream, and gelatin prepared according to package directions until creamy.
