Broccoli Pancakes in the Airfryer

Ingredients:
- 300 grams of ninja broccoli
- 100 grams of carrots
- 50 grams of sunflower seeds
- 1 teaspoon of vegetable broth powder
- 40 grams of rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 teaspoons tahini (sesame paste)
- 40 grams of Parmesan
Method of preparation:
- Wash the vegetables and then cut them into large pieces.
