When you wake up, do not rush to immediately pick up your smartphone, check your mail and solve work problems. Take a slow shower, exercise, drink coffee, eat your favorite foods for breakfast. The fact is that in the dark it produces the hormone melatonin, without which a full night’s rest is impossible. If you’re tired after a hard day’s work, that’s completely normal. In this case, it is better not to plan energy-intensive activities for the evening. Nevertheless, the ability to disconnect from problems and completely relax is very important – it perfectly restarts the internal resources of the body, and soon you will return to your business with a new charge of strength.

How to relieve fatigue after work?

If you’re one of those people who find it hard to disconnect from work and go into rest mode, there are a few life hacks that will help you.

  1. If you work in an office, do not continue to work from home if possible. Most issues that seem pressing and urgent aren’t really.
  2. Take a break to chat with family or friends, play with pets.
  3. If there is no more strength to communicate or if you tend to replenish your energy in solitude, it is better to retire, explaining to your family that you need personal time to recover.
  4. A massage is a great way to recover from work or exercise. Ideally, if you can go to a massage therapist, if not, you can practice self-massage. It is especially useful for kneading the neck, legs and feet. You can buy a massage roller to stretch your back.
