A man in Thailand was caught filming under a woman's skirt at a shopping mall and claimed he was searching for Pokémon in the game Pokémon Go, according to The Thaiger.
A 27-year-old Thai woman said she noticed a man following her with a phone in his hand while she was shopping. To check whether she was imagining it, she walked into several randomly chosen stores, and the man appeared near her each time. Frightened, she eventually went into a beauty salon. The man did not follow her inside but stayed close by.

Security footage reviewed
The woman contacted the mall's security service and explained what had happened. Reviewing camera footage, she noticed that whenever the man approached her, he held his phone at unusual angles and sometimes crouched down, apparently trying to look under her skirt. Security staff tracked the man on camera and questioned him. He denied the allegations and said he had been catching Pokémon in Pokémon Go, claiming the game was responsible for him repeatedly ending up near her.
No photos found
Security staff found two smartphones on the man, but neither contained any images of the woman. She believes he deleted the photos and videos at the last moment. She chose not to file a police report because of the lack of direct evidence, but she posted the security footage on her social media page and urged other women to be careful.
Separately, a doctor from Singapore admitted to secretly filming hundreds of women in the toilets of three hospitals in Melbourne, Australia, over four years. He pleaded guilty to 13 counts that a court combined from more than 900 episodes of voyeurism.
