The birthday post follows advice Stewart gave to TikTokers last year about how to pose for thirst traps. The lifestyle guru instructed followers: "Hold it up high. Show your beautiful neck. Make sure you're on portrait mode, and make sure your skin is perfectly glowing."
Stewart, born Kostyra, is said to maintain her youthful appeal through eating all-organic food and attending private Pilates classes three times a week. She also enlists a masseuse and a chiropractor to maintain her health routine.

The 10-time Daytime Emmy winner shared a "lovely celebratory message video" featuring tidings of joy from her famous friends.
