Actor Matt Damon joined his 20-year-old daughter Isabella Damon on the red carpet at the CFDA Fashion Awards in New York on Monday.
The 56-year-old Oscar winner wrapped his arm around Isabella as the pair posed for photographers at the star-studded ceremony, which was held at the American Museum of Natural History.

Isabella, who recently signed a coveted contract with IMG Models, wore a tasselled white crochet gown for the high-profile evening. Her father dressed for the night out in a sharp black suit worn over a funnel-neck top.

IMG Models is one of the fashion industry's prominent international talent agencies, representing leading runway figures and rising editorial talent worldwide. Isabella's appearance alongside her father marked another major public outing as she takes her first steps into professional modeling.
CFDA Fashion Awards ceremony
The CFDA Fashion Awards, organized annually by the Council of Fashion Designers of America, honor the year's top fashion designers. The ceremony features four main competitive awards for designers of men's and women's clothing, as well as honors for top accessory designer and emerging designer.
Held inside the American Museum of Natural History on Manhattan's Upper West Side, the annual event draws leading figures from fashion, film, and music. The landmark museum, founded in 1869, frequently serves as the backdrop for prestigious cultural gatherings in New York.
Isabella is one of four daughters shared by Damon and his wife, Luciana Barroso. The couple, who met in 2003 and married in December 2005, are also parents to Alexia, 27, Gia, 17, and Stella, 15. Barroso is 50.
Family appearances and public outings
The Damon family have made multiple public appearances together this year. During the summer, Barroso and the daughters turned out to support Damon at red carpet events for his blockbuster film The Odyssey.
Damon rose to international prominence after co-writing and starring in the 1997 drama Good Will Hunting, which earned him an Academy Award for Best Original Screenplay alongside longtime collaborator Ben Affleck. He later headlined the acclaimed Bourne action franchise and has built a reputation for protecting his family's privacy away from Hollywood.
In July, Damon opened up about his domestic routine during an interview with People magazine, revealing that gathering around the table remains a priority. "We have family dinner every night, and that's non-negotiable, and it's always been that way," he said.
Despite the strict rule, Damon admitted that staying fully engaged can still prove difficult. "One of my daughters said, 'Well, family dinner, last night we didn't talk.' And we realized, 'Oh my gosh, you're right,'" he said. "We sat down for dinner, and you can get lost in that routine a little bit and not appreciate why you established the routine in the first place."
Damon noted that maintaining focus during family time is an active priority for everyone in the household: "That's the kind of family mindfulness we're all working on."
Family dinners and empty nest transition
With two of their children already out of the house, Damon and Barroso are preparing for a quieter home as they approach becoming empty nesters. The couple were pictured together with their daughters last month.

"I feel like we are facing it and embracing the fact that it's happening," the Oscar winner said of the upcoming change. "We've been talking a lot about presence and about really trying to be in the moment, and because you can't slow time down, the only way to really do it is to really be there and be in it."
