Millie Mackintosh has said she feels "hotter" now at 37 than she did a decade ago as she reflected on her sobriety and rebuilding her life after separating from her husband, Hugo Taylor.
Taking to Instagram on Monday, the former Made In Chelsea star shared a collection of photographs listing an array of qualities she finds "kinda chic." Showcasing her physique in a pink bikini, she wrote: "Kinda chic to feel hotter at 37 than 27." In another post she wrote: "Kinda chic to be sober."

Ten years ago Mackintosh's life looked very different. She had just finished her run on Made In Chelsea and split from her first husband, the rapper Professor Green.

Referencing her more recent milestone, she shared a photograph of her new living room and wrote: "Kinda chic to build a whole new life at 37 and actually be proud of it."

Going sober
Mackintosh made the decision to stop drinking four years ago after noticing she became an "angry" and "nasty" drunk, and she has not looked back since. She has been candid about her mental health, saying she is proud to talk about her struggles, still attends therapy and still has bad days.
Split from Hugo Taylor
Mackintosh and Taylor split in early February after seven years of marriage. The couple have two daughters together, Sienna, six, and Aurelia, four.

They have officially filed for divorce and both appointed legal teams, with the pair said to be keen for a "clean break" while continuing to co-parent their daughters.
Before their separation, the couple had spent months completing a full renovation of their five million pound family home, regularly sharing updates on the project.

Moving into a new home
Last month Mackintosh was overcome with emotion as she moved into her new home, admitting she "didn't know if she'd be OK" following the end of her marriage. Posting a video to Instagram from the entrance of her new place, she wrote: "Six months ago you didn't know you'd be ok. Today you got the keys to your new home."

In June, Mackintosh had given followers a first look at her new beginning after leaving the property she shared with her estranged husband, sharing a picture of a living space with a marble mantelpiece and a log-burning fire beside a built-in cupboard. She wrote: "Next chapter incoming... excited to make a new place my home."
Half term with her daughters
That June post also touched on "half term realities" with her two young daughters. Mackintosh revealed the family had travelled by train to visit her parents, along with their pet pug, Luna, sharing a photograph from the station with their luggage.
The mother of two also opened up about sometimes feeling guilty when she is not working, but said she tries to remember how short childhood is. Describing how she looks after herself too, she said: "Self care and some pug cuddles are always the best. Luna decided red light therapy was for her actually."
